I really liked the pre-loader more than the film.
Why? Because it had lots of GUNS. Guns are good. :-) Especially the Sig P228, CZ75, Beretta 92FS, Beretta TomCat, and Browning HP Pistols that were shown. YES! Guns rule! ;-) But really about this Flash film, I got a bite of nostalgia once again after hearing that song after about 8-10 years. The animation was okay, but nothing really too major occured. Lots of tweening for the animation side. Still, good job for nostalgia. HERE'S SOME BACKGROUND INFO: The Super Mario Bros. Super Show was cool because it cashed in on the Nintendo Fad of the early 90's. The best parts of the show were the cartoon parts. The SMB cartoons were okay, but the Legend of Zelda cartoons were better. It's too bad the cartoons were not really available for sale. Link was kind of a pompous, arrogant asshole, and Princess Zelda was actually a very active snd nicely shaped fighter. It's too bad these tapes are hard to find now. Hell, they were hard to find even back then. FYI: 'Captain' Lou Albano (of WWF fame) played the live action part of Mario. Luigi was played by a diverse actor named Danny Wells. Rich Little (the voice actor for DIC Animation's cartoon series "Inspector Gadget") also made a cameo appearance as the clueless "Inspector Gadget". I'm pretty sure that Inspector Gadget made an appearance on the show because the SMB Super Show was in fact produced by DIC Animation. Unfortunately the live action scenes were not as good as the cartoons. Then again, this was made for kids anyway.
