[S.W.A.T.]

Pretty good.

First off, a lot of people are going to say that Flash movies with stick figures suck. This is NOT true. Only movies with NO EFFORT put into them suck! Just ignore what everyone else says about stick movies. Okay, now this film had a few good things going for it. Here's the breakdown: SOUND- Excellent use of music and sound effects! The Matrix music score was a nice choice. It fit the mood for the film quite well. However, the continuous machine gun fire sound effects while the movie was loading began to irritate me after hearing it for 5 seconds after it started. Shorten the length (or make him STOP shooting altogether) and you'll prevent others from becoming irate. :) GRAPHICS- For stick figures with form, the animation was decent. The weapons resembled AK47s, H&K MP5As, H&K SOCOM w/Sound Supressor & Laser Module (Yes....the MGS gun) and even a Browning HP. STYLE: S.W.A.T.? I think this was more a case of a guy who's girlfriend was kidnapped, and he turns into a ballistic vigilante. **I LIKE THAT STORY!** Good job!

Now, everyone is going to be comparing any 'other similar' animations like this to Zhu's "Xiao Xiao" series. However, just because people are inspired by another person's work doesn't mean that they should be called copycats right away. Sure, you were obviously inspired to create this animation because of Zhu's previous Flash work, but since you made your OWN ORIGINAL animation, I feel that your project will be worht seeing. You even had the detail on the little guns drawn! Everything from (what looks like) the Browning High Power, the FAMAs Rifles, and the M1 Garand Rifle w/Bayonet. Effort can, and will go a long way. You have just proven that. I look forward to seeing the full movie. Good work.

Kinda' funny...

It's true that us Americans sometimes carry guns. You know what? I'd rather live here in the USA then that boring place called Canada. The only decent thing to come out of Canada was Kittie. I love the USA so much. Why? Because I get to have all the guns I want! 2nd Amendment baby! :) I think I'll go to the shooting range now. ****loads Desert Eagle 50AE**** ;)

Laugh My Fucking Ass Off!!!!! LMFAO!!!!!! :-) This movie had me laughing so hard. True, it was disgusting, but it was so goddamn funny. A true masterpiece in terms of 'toilet humor' (pun DEFINITELY intended!!) This movie made my day. Thanks for the laughs. EXCELLENT humor!!

[Zero Wing]

I knew you could do it.

I remember seeing your preview trailer for this. I was also one of the many NG reviewers that was really looking forward to see your project. Now that your project is coomplete, I knew it was definitely worth the wait. You captured the essence, and feeling of what a Science-Fiction storyline should be. Even though the Zero Wing game didn't really have to much of a storyline, you decided to share your vision of what Zero Wing could have been like, had the game been worked on until it was complete (In terms of teh storyline). The graphics are nicely drawn, and animated decently. Color usage was very dark, then again, Zero Wing is set in Space. I liked the looks, and NICE 3D imaging too. The sound, however was quite a surprise. I would have never expected to hear Incubus' "Make Yourself". Nice choice. It gave a totally different dramatic feeling. Overall, EXCELLENT EFFORT! Your work was well worth the wait. Thanks for sharing your vision of Zero Wing with us. -----For great justice......------ That's the most memorable line for your film. :-)

Funny, but NOT ORIGINAL

I've seen this animation before when it was an ACTUAL animated film. This short film was part of Spike & Mike's Sick and Twisted Festival of Animation. The author basically stoll the exact same animation, and made it his own. Seen it before..... Next time don't steal the ideas of other people. You get a "0" because you stole someone else's idea. However, you get an imaginary "8" in humor because this film reminded me of the original one that you stole the idea from.

For the stick guy. Being caught in an endless loop while being chased by that monster. Anyhow, decent animation, as well as sounds. Good premise. I like the idea of an 'almost' flawless loop animation.

Weird and strange, yet artsy.

Sorry, but this kind of stuff is NOT my cup of tea. I'll just rate you accordingly for your effort. Sound: Irritating song; Why? So someone is taking the poor guy away. Big deal. It's just as bad as hearing some multi-million record selling boy band croon about how they broke up with their girlfriends and how they can't find love. I don't care about that! Graphics: Strange, and weird. That says it all. If I understood what this was supposed to be about, I'd rate it higher. Style: I've seen weird submissions in the NG Portal before, and this ranks right up there with them. Unfortunately, I'm not really into this kind of stuff, but you still get points for your effort. Decent job. I guess I'm the only one to rate you like this so far. I honestly don't understand how something like this could achieve such a high score. Oh well. Just know that you can't please everyone.
